Are you able to track my flight?
Yes. Provide your airline, flight number and arrival date with your reservation. Our team will take it from there and coordinate your airport pickup.
What happens if my flight is delayed or cancelled?
Call or WhatsApp reservations with any changes, including a replacement flight number. Our team will confirm revised pickup timing and availability. Airline delays before arrival do not use your included airport waiting time.
Can I arrange a return airport transfer?
Yes. Include your return date, pickup address and departure flight in the notes. Our team will confirm both journeys and their pricing.
How much luggage can I bring?
Tell us your passenger count and the number and size of your bags, including strollers or oversized items. Our team will confirm a suitable vehicle before you reserve.
Can I request meet-and-greet service?
Yes. Tell us whether you prefer curbside pickup or an inside meet-and-greet. Details and any applicable charges are confirmed before the ride.
How far in advance should I reserve?
Reserve as early as possible, especially for airport pickups, cruise transfers, events and multi-stop itineraries. Same-day availability may be requested by phone or WhatsApp.
Can I book for a group or a corporate guest?
Yes. We welcome executive assistants and travel planners. Share the passenger count, luggage needs, billing requirements and itinerary so the right vehicle and timing can be confirmed.
Can you deliver flowers, gifts or shopping purchases?
Yes. Our personal courier service coordinates pickup and delivery of flowers, gifts, shopping bags and personal items. Share the collection and delivery addresses, preferred time, item details and any handling requests so we can confirm availability and pricing.
Can you arrange pet transportation?
Yes. Share your pet’s size, pickup and destination, and whether an owner will accompany them. We will discuss carrier needs and confirm suitable travel arrangements before booking.
Are child seats or special amenities available?
Car seats are available upon request for an additional fee. Include your request when booking so our team can confirm the seat and fee. For any specific requests, please feel free to reach out to discuss your needs.
Do you serve areas outside Miami?
Yes. Service is available throughout Miami-Dade and Broward, with Palm Beach and longer-distance trips available by request.
How much waiting time is included?
Airport transfers include 60 minutes from your confirmed pickup time, adjusted for flight arrival updates. Other transfers include 15 minutes. Additional waiting is charged at the rate specified in your quote.
What is the cancellation policy?
Standard transfers and hourly rides can be cancelled without charge more than one hour before confirmed pickup. Within one hour, including exactly one hour, the full fare applies. Contact reservations to cancel. Special event and multi-vehicle terms are provided with your quote.
