Standard transfers and hourly rides may be cancelled without charge more than one hour before confirmed pickup. Within one hour, including exactly one hour, the full fare applies. Contact JR by phone, WhatsApp or email.

Arrange pickup and delivery of flowers, gifts, shopping bags and personal items across South Florida. Share the collection and delivery addresses, timing and any handling requests for a tailored quote.
Pet transportation is also available by request. Tell us your pet’s size, travel arrangements and whether an owner will accompany them so we can plan the journey with you.
Before you land
Provide your flight. We take it from there.
Send your airline, flight number and arrival date with your reservation. Our team coordinates your pickup around your arrival. If your flight is replaced or cancelled, contact reservations with the updated details.
Choose curbside pickup or request an inside meet-and-greet. JR confirms the meeting point and any meet-and-greet fee before your ride. Tell us your passenger count and luggage needs so we can arrange a suitable vehicle.
Booking guidelines
Know what to expect.
Included waiting
Airport transfers include 60 minutes from the confirmed pickup time, adjusted for flight arrival updates. Other transfers include 15 minutes. Additional waiting is billed per minute using the hourly rate disclosed in your quote, subject to availability.
Hourly service
Service starts at $100 per hour with a two-hour minimum. Prices may vary for holidays, special events or special requests. Booked hours begin at confirmed pickup time. Extra time is subject to availability and billed in 30-minute increments at the confirmed hourly rate.
No-shows
After attempting to contact you, JR may treat a transfer as a no-show after 60 minutes at an airport or 30 minutes elsewhere, unless another arrangement is agreed. The full fare applies; no extra waiting charge is added for a no-show.
Payment & confirmation
Your quote specifies any deposit and payment deadline. A request becomes a confirmed reservation when JR confirms your itinerary, availability and price. This website does not collect payments.
Changes & special bookings
Extra stops, route changes and extensions may change the price. Event and multi-vehicle bookings may have separate terms disclosed before confirmation.
Make it your ride
A few details make a difference.
Car seats: Available upon request for an additional fee. Tell us the number of children, their ages and the seat type needed so we can confirm the arrangement and fee.
Return trips: Include both journeys, with dates, addresses and flight details where applicable. We confirm each leg of the itinerary.
Hourly and city-to-city trips: Share your expected hours, stops and final destination. Routes such as Miami to Palm Beach are quoted for your itinerary and vehicle availability.
Specific requests: For oversized luggage, accessibility needs, cabin preferences or other arrangements, please feel free to reach out to discuss your needs before booking.
For businesses & hospitality
One contact for your guest's itinerary.
Executive assistants, hotel concierges and travel planners can arrange rides on behalf of a guest. Send the passenger's name, a contact number, itinerary and the booking contact's details.
For recurring trips, multiple vehicles or billing requirements, contact JR to discuss the arrangement. Each request is confirmed directly with our team.
