Start with your sailing details
Send your cruise line, ship name, sailing date, port, terminal if known and requested pickup time. Tell us where the journey begins and how many people and bags are traveling. JR coordinates cruise transfers to PortMiami and Port Everglades by reservation.
Before embarkation
Your quote is based on the pickup location, itinerary and vehicle requirements. Include any planned stops or child-seat requests before confirmation. If arriving by air on the same day, provide flight information and cruise check-in requirements so the timing can be discussed.
After your cruise
For a disembarkation pickup, share your expected time off the ship and onward destination. Keep reservations updated if that timing changes. Terminal meeting arrangements are confirmed with you; a quote request alone does not guarantee a vehicle or departure time.
Luggage and family travel
Cruise travel often means several bags per person. Give us the number of passengers, checked-size suitcases, carry-ons and any strollers before confirmation. Passenger seating and luggage room must be considered together. If you need a child seat, provide the child’s age and seat type so JR can confirm the arrangement and additional fee.
Coordinate airport and port connections
For an airport-to-port journey, provide both flight and sailing details. Landing time is not the same as being ready to leave the airport: baggage collection and arrival formalities are part of your schedule. Discuss the cruise check-in requirement with JR when planning the transfer. For port-to-airport travel, share the expected disembarkation time and departure flight.
Terminal changes and return pickup
Keep the booking contact available on travel day. If the ship’s terminal or your expected time off the vessel changes, contact reservations before proceeding to the pickup point. JR confirms where to meet you. Extra stops, schedule changes and waiting beyond your quoted arrangements may affect the price; the team will discuss those details with you.
