How your airport pickup works

Before your FLL trip, JR confirms the pickup plan with you. For curbside collection, keep your phone available after landing and share your arrival progress once you have your bags. Follow the meeting instructions provided for your reservation. The chauffeur’s waiting location and approach are coordinated with the pickup rather than promised at a fixed door for every flight. If you request an inside meet-and-greet, the meeting point and any additional fee are agreed before travel. Do not assume that curbside and inside service have identical arrangements.

Flight updates and included waiting

Provide your airline, flight number and arrival date so JR can coordinate around flight updates. If an airline changes your flight number or cancels the flight, contact reservations with the replacement details. Airport transfers include 60 minutes from the confirmed pickup time, adjusted for flight arrival updates. If baggage collection or entry procedures take longer, keep the team informed. Planning your onward journey

For travel to Fort Lauderdale beach hotels, Port Everglades, Miami, Miami Beach or PortMiami, give the complete destination address and any required arrival time. Road conditions, the pickup process, stops and the destination can all affect the journey. JR discusses pickup timing for your itinerary; a fixed journey duration is not promised. For a flight-to-cruise connection, include the ship, port and cruise check-in requirements. Allow room in your plans for collecting luggage and completing airport formalities before the road transfer begins.

Escalade and Suburban: passengers and bags

The JR fleet includes Cadillac Escalade and Chevrolet Suburban SUVs, with seating for up to six passengers. Luggage capacity depends on the assigned vehicle, bag dimensions and seating needs. Share how many checked suitcases, carry-ons and strollers you have, along with any oversized equipment. We confirm a suitable arrangement before booking. Child seats are available by request for an additional fee; give the child’s age and the seat type needed. Specific vehicle assignments depend on availability.

How airport transfer pricing works

Airport transfers are quoted for the route, itinerary and vehicle requirements. Send the date, time, flight, pickup or destination address, passenger count and luggage details for an accurate quote. Meet-and-greet, extra stops, child seats and other requested arrangements are discussed before confirmation. The advertised starting hourly rate applies to hourly chauffeur bookings; it is not a universal airport-transfer price. Your request becomes a reservation when JR confirms availability, the itinerary and the price.
